i have been suffering from depression and anxiety since 8 years ,now i am 25. previously i took phychiatric medicines for few months but it caused major side effects to me..later i skipped it slowly on doctors advice and took homeomedicine for 2 years,i got good treatment under it,but now from a year or two i started feeling like i am in a dream world...my brain feels very tired...i reasearched it on net and found its called depersonalization or derealization disorder....i want to know regarding this and how it can be treated? please any help...
