hormonal disorders, genetic factors. I will suggest you try the following home measures which may help you cut down on belly fats:
-Don’t eat sugar and avoid sugar-sweetened drinks
-Eating more protein is a great long-term strategy to reduce belly fat
-Cut carbohydrates from your diet
-Eat foods rich in fiber, especially viscous fiber
-Exercise is very effective at reducing belly fat
-Track your foods and figure out exactly what and how much you are eating
-Eat only when hungry
Belly fat loss will however be a progressive process.So, you need time, sacrifice and patience.
If theses measures do not help, you see your Doctor for a hormonal work.
