I had heavy pain in lower abdoman 2 days before start of my period and it remains 2 days after start of it. My period is normal for 3 days out of which 1 day heavy. My age is 45 yrs and wt is 62 Kg. As per MRI report my Uterus size 8.5x7.5x7 Cm, ET - 3.1 mm.Myometrium - oval lesion 5.6x3.7x4.8 cm seen body of uterus posteriority in sub serosal region showing low signal intensity on t2 WI and SRTI image. Kindly suggest whether Hysterectomy is required at this stage. I have taken Leoprolide injection from Apr-Jun'13 (3 dose). Dianazole from Jul-Sep'13. In Oct'13 I had D&C due to thickenned wall thicness ET 19 mm. Now I am taking Primolut - N from Oct'13 for 6 month course.kIndly suggest me whether taking only Primolut N for 6 months will solve my problem or please give the name of any other hormonal medicine and doses which I should start now.
