Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi, I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.

I think birth date is 12.09.2014 , assuming this I am answering your query. If otherwise do write back to us again.

1.Vaccines immediately to be given are BCG, Hepatitis B and OPV ( birth - 15 days)

2.Regarding problem of not taking breast feed , if baby is otherwise active , you need to rule out difficulty for baby to take breast feed like retracted nipple of mother, not well formed nipples , positioning of baby and mother for feeding, for this you can take help of nurse or doctor to learn syringing method for nipple formation, meanwhile give baby extracted breast milk by syringing or breast pump.

3. If baby is dull, and not taking feed you need to consult your pediatrician to find the cause of dullness and take treatment accordingly.

Hope this answers your question. If you have additional questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us.

Wishing your baby good health.
