Suggest Vitamin Supplements For Hair Growth And Hypothyroidism
I am a type 1 insulin dependent diabetic. I also have hypothyroidism and have balding spots and unable to see new hair growth in spite of numerous conditioners and hair care products that used show results in the past. what vitamin supplements can you recommend. I currently take only vitamin c and cod liver oil Penelope

Hair fall is very common among hypothyroid patients, most important thing to be taken care of in this case is thyroid level, only then oils and medications will start helping.
Vitamin E and zinc are considered very helpful for hair but again i would say that if you are hypothyroid then better consider doing something about your hormone levels instead of waiting for oils to help.
