hi doc gud pm..i'm jessica 41 yr old a mother of 12 yr old,my son's height is5'2 and his weight is 62kls.I just want to know what vitamin can you recommend to my son?he had a primary complex when he was 6 yr old..he only taking ascorbic acid.Thank you!godbless!

I would like to assure you that no vitamin supplements are required to a person, if he is taking sufficient health nutritive diet. As per your son's height and weight, its obvious that your son is overweight and need to reduce his weight. He is taking vitamin C and its absolutely fine. no need to worry about primary complex, because if your immunity is good, then nothing can happen later. So my advise to you is that keep your son's immune system boosted by having very good healthy diet including green leafy vegetables, fruits and protein rich diet, as he is in growing phase. Give him vitamin C. Calcium and vitamin D are also important for growing bone, so enrich him with these by having milk in his regular diet and expose him to sunlight before 11 am in morning for half an hour for vitamin D. Hope this will help you to grow your son and make him healthy.
