Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...I am 36 yrs and my height is 5 ft.10" inches. I weight 87 kgs, though i dont look fatter, but i have slight blood pressure 132/92. My waist measures 38 Inches, I would like to loose 10 Kgs and gain 32 Inch waist.
I also booze everyday 2 large 60 ML pegs. My diet is vegetarian and i have just started jogging to 2 Kms a day. please suggest me how can i loose 10 Kgs
You can lose 10 kg in around 3 months with balanced diet ( Alcohol not more than 30 ml) and regular exercise .
Please follow the undermentioned points:-
1. drink 3-4 lit water every day 2. Start your day with 1-2 glass warm water - get fresh and take 8-10 soaked almonds and then go for morning exercise 3. Opt for wheat pooriadge/ Milk porriadge/ stuffed roties/ vegetable sandwiches/ Boiled pulses + 1 cup milk 4. Take 5 meals per day - 3 major meals and 2 small meals 5. 2 Servings of fruits every day 6. Eat all local and seasonal fruits and vegetables ( even mangoes ) but in limit 7. Take 2-3 Cups of green tea every day - 1 at bed time before sleep 8. Reduce alcohol intake .
