hi,,i am 24 male from india. i have been joining gym for 6 months to my belly..but my stomach does not became flat as i desired.. In betwwen these six months i loose my waist 35 to 33.5....my face and upper body becoming weak but not belly.... plz help me...
1.To reduce belly fat you need to do abdominal crunches and push ups coupled with lunges.The no of sets would be decided by your trainer. 2. Also practising about 25-30 rounds of surya namaskars helps in trimming your waist and also shapes your belly. But for that you need to learn the right technique of doing that. Thanks
