Suggest Ways Of Gaining Body Weight

Hi Dr. Rynne. I have been in bed sick for a few weeks and I saw myself today in a mirror my coloring is white/ gray and I am all sunken in. I look like I have lost a lot of weight due to not being able to eat. My Dr said there is nothing he can do for me just sent me home like this two weeks ago. I look even worse then I did two weeks ago. Do I just keep looking worse or what do I do?

Have healthy diet and don't take stress it is basic cause of all your bad looks. Have more vitamins and minerals. Have sprouts in breakfast. Take fruits twice daily. Have lemon water.take milk twice a day. Have curds and buttermilk daily. Take 4-5 almonds and 1 walnut daily. Enjoy eating . DDrink lot of water. Don't eat too much of junk. Have raw veggies. Take salads twice a DAT. Can have coconut water. Don't take cold drinks. Walk 40-45 mins daily. Meditation can also help. Have healthy sport. If you could have write height and weight and age could helped you better. Consult dietician with your diet routine and details. And enjoy being healthy
