Hi,My name is Pooja,I am a working wemon with the resposibility of on Kindergarten going child and house hold cores.I do not have any schedule time of sleeping and eating and due to this reason I lost my weight suddenly last Year and regain it again with more weight.Please advise what to do???

hi. well u must maintain ur BMI between 18-25. if ur bmi is less than 18 u must take gud diet and exercise. ur diet must incluse carbohydrate , proteins, fat, vegetables, fruits, multivitamin supplements to b vigor and vital. u must maintain good sleep and norml rhythm of ur sleep cycle and daily work schedule. keep urself away frm stress.
