i am 19 years old and my height is 5 foot 3 inches.....and weight is 53 kg....also i am very weak and not having a healthy prsonality....so its needed to increase my height. i feel very sad about it. Also i am love with a girl who is taller than me....pls help me out....i need to increase my height

Hi thank you for posting your query in HCM. I can understand our concerns.
growth is governed by growth hormone secreted by the pituitary gland situated in the brain. growth normally stops after completion of puberty.once you have crossed that age ,there are few chances that your height will increase .there is no other safe way to increase height thereafter.
according to your height and age your ideal weight should be between 50 to 60kgs.
follow the given instructions below to gain weight
have 4 meals a day
drink 1 glass of milk twice a day
breakfast should include both carbohydrates and proteins like oats with milk
lunch and dinner should include combination of carbohydrates,proteins,and fats.
have 4 almonds or 1 small bowl of pea nuts.
some types of exercises are more effective in gaining weight. as you are below 21 years you need to take training under a trainer .
drink plenty of water.
