Suggest Ways Of Maintaining A Constant Body Weight
Saturday I gained 2lbs., yesterday I lost 1lb. and then this morning I weighed and gained 3lbs. I have stayed on the strict protocol BUT last week there were some rough days for me...I had mixed some veggies, missed one dose of the hCG drops, and didn't drink my 1/2 gallon of water, also I have missed my "last fruit" with my meal.... Should I start over from day one or keep going?
Hello and thanks for your question. Body fluids shift around and an result in gain or loss of a pound or two and this is normal and expected. It is unlikely that your body weight will ever remain completely stable. The best that you can do is avoid heavy salt in your food, eat a healthy diet, drink plenty of water and exercise regularly. HCG preparations have been studied carefully and really do not assist in weight loss. It is far better to just eat a healthy diet and exercise to maintain a healthy weight.
