I am 43 year old working women I gained weight due to hypothyroid in last 3 yrs. now my weight is 66 and 4.11 ft tall, for my thyroid problem I am taking tyronorm 75mg everyday. no time for physical exercise and walking, doing all the household coarse myself. planning to buy orbitrek elite will that help me to reduce my weight. I am also suffering from vitamin d3 deficiency, i also suffer from swelling & stiffness in my both legs. please suggest what I should do.

You have hypothyroidism and you are taking thyronorm. Still you have weight gain and swelling in leg. It can be due to under treated hypothyroidism. You should go for T3, T4 and TSH level. Increase the dosage of thyronorm according to need. You also have vit D deficiency. It is very common. Don't worry about that. Just take a course of lumia 60K.
