Suggest Ways Of Reducing The Size Of The Stomach

I m 51 year old male, been inactive for month, half (no employment). My stomach has increased in size, big round, bulbous, concerned this extra weight normal ? I m now a picture you see middle age man with beer gut ? I don t drink ? Do i need cleansing , or some way to get gut back down went from 36-38 waist to over 40 ??
