Suggest Ways To Clean And Use E-coil Water

Just found out our water has e coil and we can not use it for anything not even to wash,shower,cooking, etc is there a way to clean with boiling water and using bleach. I watered my plants before I found out, most are herbs,can I use them. I don t know hoe long this will continue. I live in Pawhuska. Ok

Boil it and then use. Boiling is one of the oldest but very efficient methods to treat water which has infections as it kills many many infectious agents.
