Hello,

In a lady with T2 diabetes getting pregnant means there is need to have very strict blood glucose control. That is at all the time in the day during pregnancy blood glucose needs to be maintained between 90 to 120 mg (through out the 24 hours). So you need to be on Insulin injections along with properly planned diet.

Secondly hypothyroidism needs to be very strictly controlled with TSH remaining

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
