Hi,

Soil-eating(pica) shows that you have a deficiency of iron and calcium. Kindly take commercially available preparations of them.

Painful menstruation or dysmenorrhea can have multiple causes and same with the inability to conceive.

Kindly consult an infertility expert, who will go for your USG,Hormonal levels, thyroid profile, tube test, and diagnostic endoscopy.

You can take NSAID for pain.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
