I have really bad anger issues. I can be happy and okay one minute, and the next I can be raging and mad. I can t control what I do in this time. I can t stand happy upbeat music anymore. The other day I pushed my cousin down and don t know it until after I pushed her. She had me so mad and frustrated. My friends have noticed. They all are scared that someday I ll get so mad that I hurt someone. Should I seek medical attention?
Do meditation for 30 min in the morning. Avoid spicy foods. You can do some yoga practice after your meditation. Try this for a month. You will feel the change.
