Suggest Ways To Control Excessive Masturbation

What is white cell? Does sperm form from these cells? Sperm is the only white cells in blood? I masturbate too much. Daily 2 times. Whenever i get time, my mind get in such thoughts & lead me to masturbate. And unfortunately I addicted to this habit since 8-9 yrs old. And that s the only reason I can t get free from this habit. But I have lot of respect to girl & women. But whenever I face any beauty then I get very emotional & it takes me to masturbate. Now i am 27. But because of my this extreme habit or addiction, I became looser, lost self confidence, feeling guilty, can t control my emotions & anger & can t feel comfortable with any girl in my friend circle. But I am not waste piece on earth. I know my value but I can t make it worthy. I want to become successful in my work. But this habit is spoiling my whole life. Does meditation help me to get out of this. And how? Or What are the other ways?

Blood consists of white and blood cells,and some other cells.Sperm does not form of theese cells.Masturbating twice daily at 27 years age, isn't abnormal.You don't need to lose your self-respect or esteem because of this, as it's quite common.However, if you feel very disturbed emotionally, you may see a counsellor /psychologist, who will give you self confidence and rid you of this feeling.
