high stress, anxiety with panic attacks. Going through divorce, weight loss of 30 pounds in 6 months. finding I can only eat with other people present. When alone the thought of eating makes me nauseated or filling like a knot in my stomach. for the past 2-3 days have noticed muscle pain and tenderness to upper limbs
Hello Divorce is a huge life stressor. I think all your symptoms are mostly due to stress. Consider practicing relaxation exercises like deep breathing and meditation. Do not isolate yourself. Keep your self involved in your hobbies. Eat healthy food including green vegetables and fruits. Take adequate sleep.
