Suggest Ways To Deal With The Side Effects Of Lexapro

Hello. My doctor just prescribed Lexapro. We started at 20mg, I could not take the side effects, we then decreased to 10mg. I am still experiencing uncomfortable side effects like nausea, drowsiness, which I can tolerate, some dizziness and feeling like I am in a fog. It will be two weeks this coming Thursday since I have been taking Lexapro. I know I need this medication, and I also know it takes time for my body to adjust, however it is very annoying. I wanted to decrease my dose to 5mg. I see my doc this Friday. It is ok to decrease for the next four days until I see my doc?
