I'm a 17 year old boy with a weight of 44kg and height of 5'10. I'm so thin for my height and my age. I catch illnesses very quickly and feel tired easily. I watch TV in bed and read book in bed too. I don't know what exercises I should do to increase my weight. I'm using a weight gaining milk from last month.I need to know how to gain my weight as quickly as I can. Thank you.
