Hello, thanks for writing in. From your follicular monitoring study it is evident that there is uboptimal follicular growth leading to non-ovulation (no egg release). Do not worry, medication is available for stimulating the ovaries to cause growth of follicles as well as inducing rupture(ovulation). You need to consult a gynecologist for medicines,as they must only be taken under a doctors supervision, who can monitor for side-effects. If your periods are irregular and you have hormonal imbalance (eg thyroid), that must be treated as well.
