Suggest Ways To Handle Stress And Anxiety

Due to long studying hours and inadequate sleep i find myself more prone to stress anxiety and restlessness.Right now i can t cutdown my study hours and also can t increase sleep.I usually sleep for 4-5 hours and study for 12 hrs.I am 20 years old.So please guide me

Start exercise, meditation, yoga, early to bed early to rise, have healthy diet, be practical and happy, stop and avoid bizarre impulses, everything would be fine soon, hope this information helps, take care.
