Suggest Ways To Improve Testosterone Level

Are there any ways t,o improve testosterone level which have been proven to be effective? My husband has tried Androgel, penis injections and prostate massages, all with mininal and temporary effects. He suffers from Diabetes 2 and is obese. He is 61 years old, with a bright mind and not ready to be w/o sex just because he is a senior citizen . Thank you! Sorry, i thought an initial answer end be free.

Your husband has diabetes and is very important to maintain the level of blood glucose in control. To increase the level of testosterone is important a healthy lifestyle, exercise, avoid alcohol and smoking, eat fish peanuts and food rich in omega 3, keep a healthy weight, drink lots of water, and fruits.
