hi sir, suresh with from chennai ,india. now my age is 26 ,weight and height 48kg,160. more than medication i take it but ,nothing movement body, what i doing for body weighted please help us... please use for me ,please needful ur advice. YYYY@YYYY (my address)

You are underweight according to your.
To increase your body weight, i am going to give you some suggestions ,follow them and feed back..
First of all divide your meals in 6 meal plan a day..

1.in breakfast eat three egg whites (no egg yolk),3 brown bread slices
3.Dumb bells exercise and brisk walk for 45 minutes
4.Dont forget to have protein shake after workout as musles need to get energy to increase in size.
5.drink plenty of water,increase lean meat and fish in your diet.
