Suggest Ways To Increase Breast Milk
i didnot breastfeed my first baby now i m feeding my second baby but during first 10 days of her life she cry a lot as there was just drops of milk after it increases but still if i use a pump i just have drops even teaspoon is not filled if i press my baby is not crying now but she is sleepless and most of the time after every half an hour scucing when can i do ?

Your breast milk is very less for the baby.. Make the baby suck on to breast as frequently as possible.. this helps to increase breast milk.. Drink 10-12 glass of water.. Take lactare tablet with milk twice daily.. Include pulses and green leafy vegetables in the diet..Feed from both the breast alternatively..If baby still cries a lot give artificial feed..Hope I have answered your query.. good day..
