Hi,
Welcome to HCM,
I read your query carefully.
I would advise you to visit your gynaecologist atleast once for BP management.
Because it can harm you as well as your baby.
Your doctor may start you with low doses of methyldopa.
Methyldopa is not available over the counter thats why you need to see your doctor.
-Meanwhile stop taking salt and oily things.
-Avoid stress.
-Take lemon juice empty stomach without adding salt.
-Several studies have demonstrated blood pressure lowering effects of garlic. Both raw and cooked garlic help control high blood pressure and at the same time reduce cholesterol levels.

Hope so it will be helpful.
You can write again in case of any query or follow up.
Wish you Good health.
