Suggest Ways To Lose Weight When Diagnosed With Type-2 Diabetes
Hello Doctor I am 26 years old and I have diagnosed diabetes 2 years ago. I am not an insulin dependent now but my eating habits are all the same as before. My weight is 106 KG and height is 5 11 I am unable to adopt any diet program as im always hungry even after lunch or dinner. I am taking my medicines on regular basis Amaryll mg forte 1 Metsmall 1000 Eritel AM I just want to reduce my weight but I am unable to do that when ever I try to exercise I feel hungry that lows down the sugar level. I also want to know if liposuction surgery is safe for diabetics? I dont want to be an insulin dependent in future and just want to get rid of this diabetes. Is fat burning capsules are safe for diabetics?
Hi, I appreciate your concern. The weight gain, hunger are all seen in diabetics. The metabolism of the body is responsible for the weight gain and the hunger. Also i s possible only to control he diabetes and maintain a good healthy life with control of the blood sugar. Weight reduction can be done by exercise, which I advise you to get trained with a trainer who is trained. Also fat burning capsules like statins may help. Liposuction surgery needs to thought of after consulting with a surgeon.
