Suggest Ways To Lose Weight While Having A Back Injury

i recently gained 10 lb. from a back injury and not being able to exercise fully. I barely eat anything bad, and it wont budge. Going to try Green coffee bean for a month. I recently quit coffee as it was thought to have adverse effects for gaining weight. am i going about this the wrong way? or is green coffee bean behave different.

Hi,

I completely understand your concern about increasing weight. before I advise you anything regarding how to decrease weight or prevent weight gain. I would like to say that if your BMI is around 22 to 24 then you shouldn't be worrying too much about your weight.

If you want to prevent weight gain then

1) eat less amount of carbohydrates and fats. Avoid whole milk, cheese, butter, rice, sugar, chocolates, pastries, ice cremes.

2) Drink lots of water about 3.5 litres per day.

3) Eat salads before you eat food.

4) Sleep at least 2 hours after you have dinner and try to walk at that time. You will be fine do not worry.
