Suggest Ways To Lose Weight While Recovering From Knee Injury
hi doctor, im a 58 yera woman who was 142 onds 2 months ago very active... but due to a knee injurd at work i had to stop doing my daily rutines at the gem which was weigt lefting for times a week for and hour and fourty five minutes. due to my injured i had to stop exercing and i gain 10 pond and some fat around my abdominal area. i m desperated and I need your advie on what procedueres to take. help me please!!!

I would suggest you to change your diet pattern like adding more fruits and vegetables to your diet , add more protein diet then fat and carbohydrate like soaked grams and beans , avoid fatty and fried food and eat light before going to bed your can take glass of milk at night . Do excises like yoga (pranayama yoga ) and meditation . Also take warm glass of water with on e spoon of honey and half lemon in it in the morning , which will be very effective in reducing fat .
