Hello doctor, Im 25 year old with 91 kgs body weight. I want to reduce my weight very quickly as i have my marriage in two months. Just now i hv finished my studies & staying at home. Also i have aerobic exercise machine. Plz suggest me a exercise & diet plan to loose weight faster.
Hi, Thanks for posting in HCM. I understand your concern. The best means to loose weight is gradually by means of diet and exercise. Kindly take diet less in refined carbohydrates, moderate amount of complex carbohydrates & fats and high in protein. Add more of fibre in the diet by eating raw vegetables and fruits like papaya. Avoid calorigenic fruits like apple and banana. Totally avoid consuming junk food. Drink good quantities of fluids everyday. Along with this, exercise regularly for about 40 minutes by means of exercing machine and/or brisk walk. Keep a check on your weight every fortnightly and keep the proper pace going.
