hi my name is jocelyne i lived in usa i want 2 loose from 4 to 5 pouds i have a girl and i want 2 ask u if their is any problem if i take the tea before i get pregnant?and another question did i have 2 take after breakfast lunch and dinner 3 capsule or once per day?

i would advise you to take multivitamin supplements like vitamin E and b complex
It is crucial for the proper functioning of nerves and muscles
it is available in common foodstuffs like green leafy vegetables

strictly follow your schedule of exercise and diet control
don't skip the meal
small and frequent feeding 3 meals and 3 snacks in between
avoid carbonated drinks fatty and junk food
have well cooked home made food more of boiled vegetables and salads
have plenty of fluids lukewarm water and fresh juices 2 to 3 liters a day
Have dietary fibers in diet to keep the colon healthy
