Suggest Ways To Lose Weight

Dr, I am 49 years old and 173 height wight 85 kg .and I work out 1/30 h every day in evening since one year but wight didn t agree to reduced it and our Dr.had spoken me on this regards I am very worry about it. What I do plz let me know soon.regards. rayees

Hi,welcome to HCM.I understand your problem and concern.

I appreciate you for doing daily exercise.Along with that i advise you following:
1) Do some yoga & meditation also if your time permits.
2) Meet a dietician for daily diet routine according to the calorie requirement of
your body.
3) Avoid Oily and junk foods.
4) Take more fibers, fruits,juices,salads,sprouts and green leafy vegetables in your diet.
5) Avoid stress and tension as much as possible.

All these will help you in loosing weight but not very soon.It will take quite long time. So have patience and follow it strictly.
