Hello and welcome to HCM,
Alkaline phosphatase, AST and ALT are liver enzymes.
Elevation of all liver enzymes suggest some liver disorder.
The elevation of liver enzymes is only marginal thus the disorder is only mild.
It is important to know the liver condition before treatment can be instituted.
Fatty liver is one of the condition which can cause marginal elevation of liver enzymes.
Thus, get an abdominal ultrasound and then consult your referring doctor for further work up.

Thanks and take care
