Suggest Ways To Manage Acidity While On TB Medications

My age is 25 years and before 2 months was detected TB my treatment is going on under top doctor of Hinduja Hospital Mr. Zarir Udwadia and my course is under. 1) Rcin 600 empty stomach morning 2) Somparz D40 before Food afternoon. 3) Isokeen 300 after lunch 4) Moxicip after lunch 5) Benodon half tablet after lunch. 6) Combutol 1000 after dinner. After taking these afternoon tablets i am feeling heavy acidity and unfeel sometimes. Sometimes feeling heavy acidity at night unable to take Combutol 1000 night tablet due to acidity and heart rate running faster feeling uneasy. Please suggest me what to do now. is all these tablets are safe because now i am also feeling my hair loss problem.

Hello,

It may be due to gastritis.

For that you can take tablet pantoprazole and syp mucaine gel after physician consultation.

Continue medications as adviced.

Avoid hot and spicy foods.

Do regular physical therapy
