General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Selomax 25/2.5 mg tablet contains Metoprolol / Amlodipin respectively. As you are being not active recently, I advise to check if you are having swelling in your feet. The use of Amlodipin is often associated with swollen legs/feet if no problem with kidney function is found.

If you do have swelling, I advise to report this to your caring doctor in order to change current therapy. Furthermore, I advise to run a few diagnostic tests including complete blood count, urine analysis, kidney/liver function tests, blood electrolytes, thyroid function test in order to find the right cause for your general malaise. Meanwhile, keep well hydrated, take your medicines as prescribed, eat healthy.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Albana Sejdini, General & Family Physician
