I am on a 50 mcg fentanyl patch; i just reduced in from a 75. I am having considerable withdrawal. I have been prescribed oxymorphone 10 mg. immediate release to help with withdrawal and pain. This dose was given when I was on a 75 fentanyl patch. At that time, the combination worked for me. since a dropped the patch to 50, it is no longer enough break through. This is a holiday weekend and I will be out of the oxymorphone soon. I have plenty of hydrocodone; this is what I was taking before the oxymorphone. Can i us the norco when if I run out of oxymorphone? Thank you
