Suggest Ways To Manage Stress And Anxiety

my mother and I are emotional abused. My brother has lodged an intervention order to stop me from seeing my mother without just cause, since 9/12.2016. It is causing us stress anxiety and our health is suffering. My mother has the onset of dementia, with all the police interventions in my mothers life for a prolonged period, my mum having to fight off the police because they were hurting me, would this have caused any damage to mums brain. I know that I am suffering. I am 66 and my mum is 96. We are not used to police. There is heaps more. I fear for mum and her mental health. sorry my bankcard did not work, try tomorrow
