Hi,

Assuming these symptoms to be the side effects of the drug you have taken, the side effect of Aclasta should get over in 3 to 4 days time. Even though the side effects have to get over with time, you can take some supportive treatment to reduce the symptoms, a simple pain killer like paracetamol for pain, lots of fluids like fruit juices to counter the weakness and some laxative like Senna for constipation etc.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
