Hi I had an Umbilical sepsis some 14 years ago and doctors have told me I can potentially develop an umbilical hernia I do have some small discomfort at the umbilical area every now and then and doctors have so far told me surgery would be done only if it erupts now what kinds of exercise can I do to strengthen the muscles without straining
