Suggest Ways To Prevent Recurring Pimples On Face

Hi doc I need to have preventive measures for pimple. Frequency is at least once a month. There are big n small pimples on skin. Spots does go but it takes 3 months. Due to old pimples got some depression on the cheeks. Need help for 1) existing pimples 2) spots n depression due to olp pimples 3) prevention of new one

Hi Dear,

Understanding your concern.
Pimples occur due to over activity of sebaceous gland which are situated on the base of hair follicle .They start producing excess sebum .sometimes they get infected by bacteria and pus is produce in pimples .

I would suggest you to keep you face clean and moisturized by washing it twice a day with light face wash ,use cream containing benzoyl peroxide and lactic acid,use makeup which do not clog your pores means oil free makeup,use sunscreen while going out,drink lots of water .
