Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
Anal sex should be done with care as it might cause pain as well as bleeding.
You can use Lignocaine jelly for achieving local anesthetic effect. See that you use lubricant also in proper proportion so that movements would be smooth. It would be better for you to use condom as it would give a proper contour.
See that you enter gradually in proper position and stop in case there is experience of pain.
