My eye test report is given below, OD Sph 0 & cyl -2.75 90 deg & OS Sph -0.25 & cyl -2.75 85 deg. Height 171cm & weight 75 kg. Age : 30 years. Kindly give us suggestion to reduce the myopia through the eye exercises. And also advise me is it curable through laser surgery ?
