Hi, I am a70 year old female who is retired now but for the past ten years I have been on an organic fish and green veg/salad everyday and my weight keeps going up till I m now thirteen stone four lbs. I m seventy so I think in old money. Please can u advise why. I do chair jogs and chair arobitocs as I suffer from back and performs injuries.
