Hi..
Can understand your concern..
FIRST OF ALL CHEWING OF TOBACCO IS VERY HARMFUL TO HEALTH AND IT CAN CAUSE SERIOUS COMPLICATIONS LIKE CANCER OF MOUTH.
As per your complain stains on teeth due to gutkha chewing can not be removed by simply brushing your teeth using toothbrush as they are tightly attached to the surface of teeth and brush cannot remove them.
You need to consult a dental surgeon and get SCALING done, in which a
dentist will remove the stains by using a small machine and clean all your teeth.
Once the stains are removed you can very well maintain your teeth by stopping gutkha chewing habit as it can lead to re-staining of teeth as well as other serious complications like reduced mouth opening, burning of mouth, and in many cases cancer can occur.
Stopping gutkha chewing habit along with brushing your teeth two times a day once in morning and once at night time can be helpful.
Ask your dentist to demonstrate you the proper brushing technique.
Gargle using mouthwash (half mouthwash and half water) after meals.
Avoid taking excess of coffee and tea.
Drink plenty of water.
Hope your query is solved..
Thanks and regards..
