Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I had a Hida Scan done last week and the Drs. Office called and said it probably a gallbladder disease.. I had an ultrasound but it didn t show any stones. My Gastroligist said I need to see a General Surgoen. When I was having the scan , my gallbladder didn t show up for 90 minutes... What is going on??? Scared and confused :(
The ultrasound is usually used to diagnose gallbladder issues also do a biochemical blood balance and total blood count. Probably you may need to do the ultrasound in another clinic.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
