Suggest Ways To Rule Out Concussion
I got hit above my eye on the bone under eyebrow a couple of hours ago (hard with a kids discus) I was shakey afterwards and held cold compress on it. It has swollen a small amount and I have had a headache and pain over my temple and in front of my ear since. I now feel queezy and have a metal taste in my mouth and still feel a bit shakey. Is this concussion and should I be worried

Hi,
It is better to exclude a concussional injury with a brain scan. Usual symptoms of head injury are nausea, vomiting, ENT bleeding, vertigo and altered sensorium.
Continue a cold compress and use NSAIDs like Advil for pain and inflammation.
