So i want to know is it because of eating a too much raw rice or not? kindly help me by giving anwser to my question.
It is possible that the rice since it is carbs, is contributing to the fat build-up.
The nervousness is anxiety due to your reliance on the rice. In addition to having your blood count done (in some persons, unusual cravings occur if there is low blood count-anemia), you may want to speak to someone so that you can break the habit.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
