Suggest Ways To Terminate Pregnancy

I have 1.2 year baby and now I m conceived 35 days pregnant. My last period on June 24. I want to abort. Still I m breastfeeding. Suggest me whether I can go for tablets to abortion. Except my husband nobody knows so I need what will happen if I take tablets

Hi welcome to health care magic....

I can understand your concern....

Let me know you for exact dating of pregnancy and to exclude ectopic pregnancy first USG is must ....

If pregnancy is within 9 week as you giving history of around 4 week than abortion can be done medically or vaccum aspiration...

Suction evacuation will also be good option..
For medical termination two tablet taken available as mtp kit .
Day 1 : mifepristone 600 mg orally
Day 3 : Misoprostol 800 ug vaginally

After taking misoprostol bleeding will start within 6 hour and in 4 to 5 days abortion completed ...

But this should be done under strict medical observation of gynecologist ...

After taking these tablets each time for few hours breast feeding not to be done ...
